Put a Perma-Sharp in the AS-D2 this morning and I think this is the first time that I could feel the blade while shaving in this razor. Not sure if that's a good thing or not.

Yup, shave-2 with the Perma-Sharp tells me that I am not a fan of this blade, but I will use it through to Sunday anyway (unless something REALLY bad happens)

I find a great contrast in the logic you must use in chess, and that you use in your shaves.

BTW that was not the Evans Gambit, which goes:
1. e4 e5
2. Nf3 Nc6
3. Bc4 (the Italian game, Bb5 would be the more common Spanish / Ruy Lopez opening)
3. ... Bc5
4. b4 .... The Evans Gambit, a wild opening!

I’ve been wanting to watch for a while too...the missus got bored 1/4 in to the first episode lol. It’s very noticeably 90s...

Going to need to find time on my own to absorb it.

Relatively rough shave again with the Perma-Sharp (5 shaves) in the AS-D2. Oh well, only 2 more to go before I swap out the blade for a fresh one on Monday, @NurseDave

I do like the Perma-Sharp Super myself. I last used one in the AS-D2 back on Sept 13. It was on its second use. Is it harsh to you? Rough I know but too sharp?

Not sure, Ed. I don't like Feather DE blades at all in any razor, but have not yet tried them in the ASD2. All I know is if I like a blade or not, I don't really think overly much about why a blade doesn't work for me. Heck, it could even been this individual blade and the 2nd Perma-Sharp you gave me might be wonderful.
