The missus and I sat down and watched Two Popes on Netflix last night. It was pretty good; I wonder how much of the story is speculative?

Supposedly all of the script is based upon the two popes' writing. (I assume - other than the soccer references.)

Went to see 1917 on Saturday evening. I'd say it's a good but not great movie. But from a visual and cinematographic standpoint it's very interesting.

I was glad I saw it in the theater. Worth seeing if it interests you.

Was up early today and watched "Open Range" with Kevin Costner, Robert Duvall, and Annette Bening. Great western story of frontier justice, extremely well acted and well written. Totally enjoyable movie that I'll gladly watch again.

Disney is going to allow the new movie Onward to be available for digital download tonight, and then on Disney + 4/3.

It's really hard to find a movie that we all like.
It surprised me that the whole family liked Ford V Ferrari. I wanted to see it because I was familiar with the story but we all enjoyed it, even my son who gets bored with most movies. And I didn't fall asleep, which is the highest praise from me.
