have had, can confirm are very tasty, not particularly spicy.

Most of them are doing well. All of them sprouted, one of the reapers took its time but did eventually show. 3 plants have decided for unknown reasons to shrivel up. Need to spend some time in the yard and get the raised beds set up so these can get outside. Should be pretty safe to plant them at this point.

For now. I've been super lazy on planting. Also we all dont have a pepper farm like you

@sunnysanity 's favorite Green chili sauce has been discontinued so today I began the journey to making a replacement for it.


Tastes pretty good and isn't super far off from the one she likes.

The recipe I came up with:
5 Anaheim peppers, 2 Serrano, all fire roasted. 2 heads of garlic oven roasted. 2 tbsp minced garlic. About 1 tbsp cilantro. 1 tbsp onion powder. 1/3 cup white vinegar and 1/3 cup lime juice. And something like 2 tbsp kosher salt.
