Brown-outs over head on Sunday, Ed, with traffic lights all blinking. The only repairs I had to do was restring lights on our Diwali tree, as the wind whipped the branches around so much that they came loose.

Light snow this morning; I blame @CVargo for it. :cautious:

I blame @CVargo for everything...so sure add me to your list Sam!

I truly am enjoying the AS-D2 to the exclusion of many a razor in my collection. Need to lock it away for awhile or there will be “unrest in the forest”...Google away peeps!

Today’s soap RazoRock Black Bay which is so good as a bay rum scent. Just lovely. Lathers easily and for its low price gets the job with aplomb.

Lovely two pass DFS and some matching AS and we are good to go. Happy Tuesday all!

Well...no...I’ll use the other razors I have instead...because they’re good I just forgot how much...😂

Another AS-D2 shave. This razor could easily be my daily driver if I didn’t believe that variety (in wet shaving) is the spice of life. Smooth as can be though the Personna Med Prep for me is done on the fourth use. Yes, I could continue to use it but I have lots of blades so no need to test longevity just for the sake of trial.

Palmolive Shave Stick today which is both affordable and quite good. I love shave sticks simply because they travel well and are a great bang for the buck. This one lathers easily and is quite a good soap. Nice clean scent and good slickness.

Lovely two passer today and topped off with some Vintage Palmolive Balsamo made for the Spanish market. Scent of the day Armani AdiG. Fantastic. Happy hump day!

I must say that I did like the Personna Plat that you gave me in my ASD2. I'm actually tempted to revisit my Red Tip (also have a black handled SS) to see how it shaves after not using it for so long.

I'm set for now, Ed. You do remember how many blades you gave me already, and that I only go though 1 per week, right? ;)

Yes indeed I remember...just sayin. Oh and Italian Barber has 100 Rapira Swedish Steel for under $10 and the Plat Lux for under $11...CDN! That should take you well into your third reincarnation...no?
