In honor of Canada Day, I'll think back to the cases of Molson's we smuggled back in the USA when 18.. Also brought in lots of fireworks, the best of which was Canadian Salute, a fan shaped thing that launched bottle rockets in multiple directions. Enjoy your day, gents!
Ahhh back when the “peanut” wasn’t banned and we played with lawn darts! Thanks Bruce!

Great Shave today and it sounds appropriate as the heat is rising in your neck of the woods! A chilling shave indeed!

In honor of Canada Day (Louisiana has some of it's beginnings trenched in Canada...after all the Cajuns are from Acadia) I will drink a Liter o'Cola (from a favorite movie of mine Super Troopers)! Or maybe I should just drink a Labat. At the very least I can sin Oh Canada in your honor!

Happy Canada Day

Happy Friday everyone! Another week blazed through at break neck speed. Always seems to be the case when it’s warm and sunny out. There has been some discussions about Bay Rum scents on a couple of the forums I am part of and so I grabbed out my fav for today! RazoRock Black Bay. Love it! Great soap and quite an addictive scent with no clove. Matching AS is exceptional and worth having around on it’s own.

Today’s razor of choice a beautiful 1930’s Gillette New LC in 24k. I love OC razors and do believe everyone venturing into OC should start here. I have a couple of SC also but this LC is my fav amongst them.

Lovely two pass DFS for a sunny Friday. Topped off with some Guerlain L’Homme Ideal and so ready for the work day and the cruise to the weekend! Enjoy folks and stay safe!

I have a NEW LC gold that I grabbed NOS on eBay years ago, and it's one of my favorite razors. The lightest touch yields a marvelous shave. Great picture!

I think there's something wrong with your camera. It's making everything all glitz and glam. Maybe you got it in the 80's??? The software on the dang thing obviously hasn't been updated in over 30 years!

No pics today, camera man is off working on his tan. Merkur 34C today as opposed to the Kami SS. This morning did not present itself with an abundance of time or patience required for a Kami shave so “autopilot” won out!

Soap of the day RazoRock Plague Doctor with the matching AS. Really like the blend of scents on offer with this one. I really enjoy the RazoRock soaps and find them really good value for the money. Their AS especially.

Lovely two pass DFS done and dusted. Now to Sunday we go. Enjoy the sun and hopefully your BBQ.
