Well nobody lives in Northern Canada! :ROFLMAO:
Now, now...make no comment upon the North! I have spent time in Eskimo Point North West Territories and can say -45C is “brisk” enough to relegate any machinery frozen solid if turned off....I WAS a visitor and lots of folks live in Northern Canada! :p

The travelling shaver! On the road and of course that necessitates minimizing the kit but not the quality. Today’s shave is a perfect example. The trusty 34G was packed up and made the journey with me and though I had quite a few days worth of growth, made quick work of the matter. I am loving the Gillette Silver Blues and they give just a bit more than the Personna Lab Blues in my opinion. This combo is pretty good indeed.

Soap of the trip is the TFS Ginestra di Taormina which I tried out a couple of weeks ago and for a business setting, this scent can’t be beat. Subtle but fantastic and literally a stellar performer. The Yaqi Sagrada Familia 24mm tuxedo is a perfect travel brush and this knot and handle size is quite nice for face lathering up a storm!

A fine three pass shave and a BBS finish! Fine suit, shiny shoes...a little squirt of Stirling Executive Man EDT and the day is conquered! Yup THIS was Supermodel!

Happy shaves all...

Brave man taking such a nice razor with you on the road.... I always take something cheap that I don't care if someting happens to it, like a Tech.

Enjoy, have a great trip!

It wasn’t a big deal really everything was safe and sound at the hotel. I clean and dry everything when I am done and store the blade away...all good.

I'm sure it was fine... I just don't take anything with me that if it got broken/lost/stolen I wouldn't be heartbroken or would cost a bunch to replace. So my travel shaves are usually boring.

Anyway, three days and there is nothing better than returning to the homestead...I have had a lifetime or travelling and I am grateful for it but there is nothing better than pulling into the driveway of Villa Somnos!

Fair enough and a sensible approach!

It's okay. I lack sense when traveling too. 😂My rarest things don't go with but definitely bring things I use daily at home 👍
Well I am not packing my Gillette Executive set...yet! :p But I have taken several of my super speeds and slims on vacations to the Caribbean without issue.

No Dave that only gets used on special days and only with Henri et Victoria - Cognac and Cuban Cigars and yes, a shot or two of Remi gets poured during that shave...:p:ROFLMAO:AE76DB0F-8850-4DF2-A106-875EB1D87D06.gif
