He lost 3.53% of his body weight!
Gerry will receive a Knothead "Creamsicle" (26mm) Shaving brush handle from Tim at Knothead Brush Works - @Knothead
We still have one more month remaining in the challenge! The final month's give away will be a Stirling shaving soap and aftershave set which was donated back to the challenge by @Ambalance .
There is also a Cumulative Jan-June – Special Unknown TSC Owner's gift @BarberDave , @CBLindsay , & @CVargo

Not sure Intermittent Fasting is something that is good for me. My mom has said that my cheeks are sunken.

I stopped IF last Sunday or Monday and still dropped a small amount of weight : 0.2lbs, but that's basically just a few more seconds of peeing
