Well it’s been a few days gentleman. Vacation was great but I’m glad to be home. Today’s shave was much needed as I hadn’t shaved the previous 3 days. Nothing the Fatboy in setting 3 couldn’t handle with ease.
I’m still trying to figure out what’s going on with the Stirling Boar so I opted for that today. Lost another 5 hairs. I’ll be emailing Stirling to ask if anyone else is having the same issue and what they recommend.
Otherwise I walked away with a DFS++, nearly complete BBS but not 100%, and absolutely zero irritation. I’ll call that a win!
In Other News...
Spring Training was awesome this year, as it usually is. Lots of baseball. Lots of grouper (it’s all I eat down there), lots of beer, and a great time spent with the wife and some very close friends.

Brush: WWBW Jingle 2 Band Badger
Soap: CBL Barbershop/RR Mudder Focker
AS: Stetson
Another fine shave today. Again, almost completely BBS but not quite 100% so DFS++. The only issue I had today was with my lather. I used a sample of @CBLSoap.com Barbershop (thanks @dmshaver ) and I either didn’t have enough soap in my bowl or my brush was too wet. I just couldnt get a good lather out of it. So I quickly switched to RR Mudder Focker and shaves on. I’ve never had an issue with the few samples of CBL I’ve used before so I don’t think it was the soap. I think I just started with too much water.
In Other News...
I have some CE I have to do for my real estate license before the end of April, so I’ll probably work on that today. Not very fun, but necessary.
Willie World:
This little guy hasn’t stopped wagging his tail since we got home on Thursday. We missed his birthday on Wednesday while we were in Florida, so I think I’m going to go get him some new toys today.

Quick entry as today is my first day back to work so naturally I'm swamped. Wasn't ready to get up this morning so I went with a repeat of yesterday's shave with the exception of the razor. I must've been really tired because my angle was way off on the first pass. I ended up coming down with the 'tation. Mainly on the neck, but nothing I can't live with. Otherwise I'm DFS. Can't complain too much right?
