Nice stunt shave Rich. Question, How dry is a brush that is "fairly nearly dry?"

I shook out the synthetic and went to the dry puck. So pretty dry. I added water to try and get to the water band from there. Just couldn’t make it happen. But it does make a dandy shower soap.
