Plexiglass can be easy to crack while cutting. I'm sure it needs a fine tooth blade but figured I find out details in case I wanted to do it down the road. Also, What thickness plexi did you use @Graydog ? Looks pretty thick......
I used a drill for the end of the holes and a scroll saw to open it up in the front. each shelf has two rows, the row behind is just drilled holes .Plexiglass can be easy to crack while cutting. Thanks Steve, I know it can crack at times and sometimes you can heat up a bit to go easier. Slow and steady. I think that is 3/8" thick plexiglass.
As for the cart,my wife wouldn't think of using any of my DE Razors.
