Pens, inks and related.....

I use a safari at work. Just about to finish my last refill tube and start using the converter. I had been using about 1 cartridge a month with it.

Stupid ADs. Now I'm looking at fountain pens.
I've started looking too but i am just making note of ones i am interested in for now because my wife will be asking for birthday ideas soon. She might not even roll her eyes at these.... maybe? Nah who am i kidding, she totally will!

Everyone should have a Kaweco Sport or Ice Sport. Nib quality is excellent, including the stainless steel ones. They are very reasonably priced, can be thrown into a pocket, or eyedroppered if you don’t feel like using the carts.

I had a few of those but they Always dried out on me within a few days. When i was able to write with them they were pretty nice though.

I’ll have to look into one. I was also considering eyedroppering a Platinum Preppy.

yeah, i couldn't figure it out either. I think i might still have one kicking around but no ink for it.

I had no idea that you were such a rebel. We're going to have to lobby to get your username changed to "DangerousBob."

I have a feeling that I'd experience a blackout and wake up in the Bayou with a gator eyeing me hungrily if I tried that one.

I really the shade of Bay State Blue but I decided against it because of the whole weird bay state thing lol.

BSB has the most intense blue in any ink of used. I love the stuff, but won't risk a 'good' pen with it. My second favorite is Private Reserve Tanzanite, but that stuff takes so long to dry that I've pretty much given up on it.
