Some may feel otherwise, but I feel that changing razors has a negative effect on longevity. When a blade settles in, the edge is aligned with the angle of attack of that razor. If you change the razor, you’ll get a new angle and the interaction will be Different, and in my opinion, will be less than optimum after each change.We’ll see if this has any impact on longevity.

Im still of the opinion that that is not optimal. For the same reasons I mentioned before.I think the best way to to counteract that is by flipping the blade every shave. I feel like it keeps the edge “evened out”.
