Last work day before vacation! Eeesh, that world-wide tech issue is a bear. Luckily it hasn't caused any patient safety issues, but it sure has made the day harder for a lot of folks. One of my staff is supposed to leave for Europe tonight. Feel for her because I'm sure she's spending the day refreshing the flight webpage to see if they get to leave or not. I asked my wife to take me out of dinner last night. We ended up on a street we normally don't frequent and lucked out on an intalian restaurant which was delicious. We even popped for a bottle of wine which I normally avoid. Nice evening out.

Tell me about it. I currently have no access to my season tickets. And tonight is Harry Potter Night!!!! My ticket guy sounded quite flummoxed when I called him. I may need Stefan's help to solve this issue.

Pretty good and filled weekend. That whole computer thing not only threw the hospital out of wack for the day (no actual impact to patients) but made me start watching the airplane pretty close when I hear it would effect flight well into this week. Luckily it seems like SFO was back to normal by the evening. Nothing is safe until we're in Florida, but things are looking good. Lots of other errands and laundry. I spent a few hours cleaning my daughter's room after she had moved much of it out. The whole idea of moving piles of things from the floor to an empty shelf so the floor can be vacuumed if just a bridge too far for that one.
Today is just slowly packing and wondering why we didn't leave for our trip on Saturday.

We’re not quite at the relaxing part of the vacation yet. Woke up at 6:30 realizing the plan was to leave the room by 7:00. We did make it though and into early morning at Animal Kindom at 7:30. Hoofed it over the the Avatar ride which was pretty cool. I think of the Florida parks this is my favorite but we haven’t done Hollywood Studios. It is hot and humid but there seem to be decent breaks in the sun with stuff inside or in the shade. I’m crossing my fingers we’re down to the last couple of attractions that we want to do so we can rinse off and cool off before going to Disney Springs for dinner and a drone show.
