Longhaultanker Videos

Today was a hellish driving day. Roads terrible. I called my dispatch and told them, I’m shutting down as soon as I find a parking spot. Roads did clear some and I made it through St. Louis fine, and shut down at Loves in Hamel, Illinois. I’m 5 hours to delivery, but now I’m being told delivery might not happen till Monday. I saw numerous accidents near Arkansas/Missouri line. Tomorrow will try to make Loves at Davenport, Iowa. For over an hour this morning traffic was moving 10 mph. Urggghhh. 😡🤯🤬

The Flying J is about 10 mins from where I live. Used to work in Accounting/Payroll for Shandex Truck in Pickering for ~1.5 yrs before I retired (for the second time), so I have a healthy respect for what you do.

Loved today’s gear.

In my experience, good hydration is one of the keys to a best shave. I never had a question about the ‘why’ in your practice of a frequent re-lather.

My problem is that, for me, the lack of one of ‘them thar college ejamacations’ makes keeping track of ‘the where I shaved’ pattern an insurmountable task.

Much better driving day today than yesterday- dry roads, sunshine, but cold. Low of 7F at 06:00. Four hours from Hamel, Illinois to Davenport, Iowa and 45 minutes to delivery. Only thing is, delivery delayed to Monday morning, so I sit. I mention all this in the video. Had excellent shave this afternoon with a very nice little razor with wonderful Arkansas edge. Go ahead, watch the video.

I know you’re working, but we should have a meet up next tim you’re through St. Louis and have a minute. Oh and the weather isn’t crappy! Safe travels!
