Gibbs. That's not a key.... it's the TTO Knob. It comes out just like some of the old Gillettes. With the key I assume that's a psycho, but I'm pretty sure the handle is a different shape than mine.

I haven't heard anyone say anything similar since the summer of 1984!! I was working my first full time summer job as an overnight grocery store stocker, and one of the crew, ribbing us noobs home from college, says "buy him a book, send him to school, and what's he do? Chews on the cover!" I still use it with folks I work with when the situation warrants it, but I have not heard anyone else use it before. More history, please!!Buy him books, buy him books and all he does is chew the covers off.........
Step brother that I used to do electrical work with picked it up from an old electrical contractor he worked with previously and I've used it since all the time as I thought it funny.I haven't heard anyone say anything similar since the summer of 1984!! Out of curiosity, which knot for the SynBad? I ask because there was a batch of the 24mm knots that had inverted fibers, making the brush feel prickly. I pulled many of the fibers out, and the brush got better, but by then I had a 30mm and the 26mm was exactly to my liking, so I sold or gave away the 24mm. Another guy on B&B had similar issues, and corresponded with AP Shave Co, and got the inverted fiber story. He got his to where it felt fine.I had a bump early this week, I broke out my SynBad brush which I haven't used in a good while and I think it caused my to break out too. I never noticed this before, but when I went to splay the brush on my face, it felt prickly, and about a half hour after the shave I got a rash on my neck. I thought it might be the soap, but it's only happened this one time, with that brush. I think the prickliness triggered a reaction.

The point of my ramble, other than to watch the letters and words appear like magic on the screen , is to give you an idea of what may be behind the pokiness of a knot that is supposed to be soft.
In any even, hope the irritation clears up fast!
Jealous, wife doesn't want me shaving my head yetIn order to keep from using my Tonsorial up too fast, I'm going to start using a different soap on my head. First up, CBL Meadow, hemp formula.
What is this "too fast" thing that you speak of?In order to keep from using my Tonsorial up too fast, I'm going to start using a different soap on my head. First up, CBL Meadow, hemp formula.
Mine doesn't either! I'm giving it a month, and if she still doesn't like it, I'll go back to the clippers.Jealous, wife doesn't want me shaving my head yet
