Hey Toby. Do you have to modify the gem blade to fit in the Autostrop?
Curious.

Yes, remove the spine and clip off two little pieces, easy and worth the trouble, the Feather blades work without modification but are crap IMO.

VC1 and VB1 and earlier Valet and Autostrop only, the later ones won't take the GEM style blade.

I'm unsure, but think some cousins may have ended up with them. He had a couple of straights too.

Nah, I do my best to avoid the fancy frilly stuff. Just regular shaving stuff like you would have found in your average working mans medicine cabinet a few decades back.

I've never shaved with an injector razor, even though I've had an E3 for a year or more.
