Gear: Blackland Vector, Feather Pro blade, RR Big Bruce synth brush, CBL 50 SoV soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe mix, Pinaud Citrus Musk, and Royall Lyme to finish!
Nice sleep in this morning. Didn’t get up till about 8:00 and never even heard the missus or kids start moving about earlier. Went out with the missus to one of our favorite breakfast spots - The Scarlet Begonia.
Very nice shave in the midst of knocking out some weekend chores. Ultra vetiver/limey shave!
Not much on for the rest of the day. Perhaps a couple hours at the beach later, we’ll see!

Gear: Blackland Vector, Feather Pro blade, Graydog Art Deco synth brush, CBL Roasted Oatmeal Stout soap (original!), homemade witch hazel/aloe mix, Old Spice AS, and vintage RL Chaps to finish!
Getting ready for church in the park this morning. Nice little late sleep in but probably not enough. Gotta talk with the man upstairs about adding an extra day on the weekends. Secondsunday or something.
Yesterday finished off decently with some family time and a good home dinner. Today…who knows! Thankfully all the chores are done at least.

Ahhhh Monday…that red headed stepchild of weekdays! Decent sleep last night, though I was awakened by an absolute cacophony of chirping birds almost before my alarm went off. Dang nature!
One more temp “high” (77) to hit today then we settle back into low 70s to mid 60s.
Hope Monday treats y’all well!

Gear: Gillette Fatboy, Astra SP blade, Yaqi Rainbow w/ pony synth brush, Proraso Red soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe mix, Proraso Red AS, and CK Defy to finish!
Crazy evening/night to finish off yesterday. Throughout the day the sky had slowly been getting more and more overcast. Finally at about 6 all hell broke loose and the winds picked up and a pretty crazy thunderstorm started up. Haven’t seen skies like that in a long time! Then some pretty intense periods of near torrential rain and fairly strong winds blew through. The thunderstorm probably took 4-5 hours to move on, the on/off rain and strong winds lasted most of the night. Crazy!
Thankfully I had a decent nights rest anyway! Good shave this morning. Ready to see what the day holds!

Yea it was pretty spectacular! The kids freaked out for the first 30 minutes or so when it really came in but then they got comfortable enough to watch. The one of the poor dogs though was deathly afraid
