A bit tired this morning. Had some later nights the last couple.

Nice shave. Still faux-3017ing. Still haven’t, amazingly, seen sign of the bottom yet!

Word of my new job and our move has been getting around slowly. One of my wife’s friends in the area unexpectedly messaged her the day before yesterday. Her husband is in his last days in hospice at home and requested a visitation. So yesterday evening I went. Quite a guy...many crazy accomplishments and quite a life lived. It was a pleasure to spend an hour with them and listen.

A bit more rest last night since I got to bed a bit earlier. Still a bit groggy.

Good clean up n shave. Let’s just say that since growing my hair out, I can better identify with the ladies on how frustrating it can be to get a pony tail to cooperate...being a bit OCD about it doesn’t help either 😵

Bible study later this morning! John 2:1-12...yes you’ve read that correctly! The last couple months of me doing the study on the gospel of John, and we’ve only just gotten to chapter 2! Chapter 1 just has too much good content to pass up 🤷‍♂️

Nice shave this morning to wake me up...along with a large cup o joe. ADG Absolu Instinct is good juice!

Well yesterday I ended up spending a couple hours unexpectedly painting our bathroom. Thankful it’s another pre-house-sale, pre-move box checked...wrecked my muscles and sleep though. Looks good at least...being a custodian and having to learn how to paint at work helped afterall! 😂

Unlike some of you lucky ducks, this time around I don’t get a 4 day, or even a 3 day weekend sadly. No...little ol me only gets a 2 day weekend and it’s a split one at that...Saturday/Monday. Boo! Oh well, I guess the bright side is that if it weren’t for the holiday, I’d have gotten only 1 day off 😂

Busy day with chores and moving chores, hot day (100 predicted for tomorrow...106 for Monday, ugh), but a good day so far.

Good day yesterday, though very busy and tiring. Got quite a bit done as far as decluttering the house. Quite the donate pile too, as we’ve decided that most of the items we don’t want to bother with the hassle of trying to orchestrate a marketplace buyer or anything.

Great wake up shave this morning.

Going to be a hot one today. Thankfully work doesn’t have a whole lot extra going on besides services. Looks like I’ll be by myself on shift too...scheduled coworker came down sick last night. 🤷‍♂️

Going to do some more packing after work. A friend graciously offered part of their garage as temporary storage, so the house isn’t full of boxes for the listing photos and open houses scheduled. So I’ll be shuttle by some over the next day or two. Have some shave items to list for sale at some point.

Didn’t get much of a sleep in to to the doggies whining to get out.

Slow morning, while we dread the day’s planned cleaning and packing activities, lol. Took advantage of the opportunity, to get my shave in. Great fresh citrus combo today!

Have a blessed Memorial Day to all those who enjoy the freedoms and privileges their military men and women have given the ultimate sacrifice for. We are grateful for their gift.

Taking a mental health day today since work has started its sloooooower summer schedule now.

Refreshing shave this morning. Time to trim up the sides and back of my head again though I notice.

Hopefully putting the last finishing touches on house cleanup today so it’s ready for pictures and then this weekend’s open houses.
