The Aiku Real German Hollow Ground.
Donderschlag by Scheermonnik
Hombres synthetic
Proraso Red

This razor begs the question. “Can a razor made in Japan be Real German Hollow Ground?”
I guess if a German dude say like Wolfgang moved to japan. And got a job at the local cutlery factory. Then they could argue that it’s not deceptive marketing. Thoughts and comments appreciated. I’ll be up all night. Alone in a dark deserted construction site.
Fluffy.

How did homie Wolfgang end up in Japan is my question. Plane, boat, National Lampoon's Japanese Road Trip?

Today was a rare for me morning shave. The night was uneventful at the security job. And when I returned home a long hot shower was a good way to end/start the day.
Revisited the newer soap I have, the PAA Astra Planeta. I am enjoying it. Does a nice job and smells good doing it. The razor is my lone Italian Straight. The C. Di Ricco&Figli
Company in the city of Campobosso. That is the Solingen or Sheffield equivalent of Italy. It is equal to any of the great razors I have from those place. The Brandy Spice goes well with the Astra Planeta. Made for a very nice shave.
Hope everyone had a good Wednesday

Tonight's shave was a pot luck draw out of my cigar box. The Satinedge was the the wiener. Assisting the Double Duck of whisker death. Was Kell's Soap Arabian Spice.
The Omega boar knot helped get the lather whipped up to a nice consistency. These combined nice puzzle pieces resulted in a very nice comfortable shave.A3DAD6E2-457F-4E79-A4D4-82B761DFFAEA.jpeg

Posting of my shave from yesterday was delayed. As I was busy watching my Ravens come up short in Buffalo.
Used some of my fancy kit.
The Leader razor shaves as good as it looks. And 'sings" to me during the whole process. Suds were the tops for me in scent and performance Oputia. Applied by a SV brush. Also nice. And finished off with a few splashes of Brandy Spice. A nice kind of sweet scent that goes well with the Opuntia.
Hope you all had a good Saturday.

Tonight's shave continues featuring my Solingen razors. The C-Mon razor is a pleasure to use. Suds provided by Murphy and McNeil Tobac Fanaile. Whipped up by my AP Shave Co. Cashmere brush. And finished off by Tabac original AS.
Beautiful setup.. Love that brush!!

I find both your and @NurseDave 's lack of respect for my beloved Tabac. Very disappointing @dangerousdon . Though all hope is not lost. As the universe always finds a way to balance out equations. It is my belief that in the future Amelie's favorite aftershave for her dad to wear will be Tabac. So get ready to get a new bottle every fathers day buddy. ;)
Shots fired!
