A lot to love about this shave. Elite soap with a great scent. For at time using a Gillette Rubie which I found to be a sharp and smooth blade that just may be my favorite. What I felt was the sharpness of a GSB with the smoothness of a Voskhod. Best of both worlds. Still have two new blades on the way that I want to try. This boar brush is pretty darn great as well. Very soft, with great splay, and lathers like a champ. An all around great shave!

Thanks for reading Cadre, and I hope y'all have a great Wednesday!

Nice readings Pat
Thanks Dave!

Nice shave Pat! Don’t hear much about Rubies very often, glad they agree with you!
I hadn't heard much about them until I stumbled on them on Ebay. I looked up the reviews on them and a lot of people said they are really smooth blades. So I decided to order a few just to try out and I am pretty impressed by them. Thanks for reading Chris!
