Shave Quality
The shaves with the Ballenclaugh have been getting better and better. It is not as good as the Stubble Buster was, but it is decent. It definitely needs a bit of water to really shine. The scent is really the best part.

Gear
The DOC Ascension is a stellar performer.

A lot of water with this soap Doug! A lot of water and it will reward you with maybe not the best shave...but up there!

Shave Quality
KMF is great cream, perhaps one of the best on the market. It is also cheap and widely available at grocery stores and such. It was a quick shave but a really good one.

Gear
All good.

Other Thoughts
Staying at the Stanley Hotel for a night, in a haunted room. Should be fun. Their whiskey bar is really great.

kinda disappointing no pics, but glad you had a good time.

So, we started with a flight of Pappy Van Winkle bourbons (15 yr., 20 yr., and 23 yr.) that started with a sip of the Old Rip Van Winkle 10yr. We then went on a tour of whiskey. I didn't get pics of all the bottles, but did get a few of the more interesting ones.

We also tried Blanton's The Original Single Barrel, Jack Daniel's Sinatra Edition, and several others that were all amazing.

Looks awesome! I’d love to try those Japanese Whiskeys.
