Shave Quality
The lather from Oz Shaving's base was really good, but a little dry during the first pass. The second pass was much better after adding more. The shave was very smooth, but a little irritating. The razor on 1 and 2 was just too mild. Using 3 for the second pass made the difference.
Gear
I am disappointed with the Model T. The blade gap is uneven on it. One side has a bit more blade feel than the other. I should be able to get better results if I keep this in mind.
The Oz Shaving Winter is a great soap with a fabulous fragrance.
I am 30 shaves into the Heritage Hill Washington, but am sidelining it in favor of Christmas soaps. I think there are another ~60 shaves on that 6oz. tub, based on usage so far. I have 14 shaves on my SV Felce Aromatica. I need to get back to that one in the new year. I am looking forward to the January 3017. Hopefully I can kill these and a bunch more in 2021.
Loving this aquatic fragrance from Bentley. Tea and violet leaf is a wonderful combination.
Other Thoughts
Fretting about health stuff today. I know what I need to do, but this is one of those days when my brain just will not stop. The whole avocado that I had for breakfast was good, however.
Thank you for reading and commenting on my journal. I hope you have a great day and stellar shaves, Cadre.
