Great shave today. It was BBS in two passes with no irritation afterwards. The RazoRock soap is performing really well for me. The lathers are great.

Gear
Shave #3 with the Personna was the best shave yet with that blade. It really seems to have settled down. I anticipate many good shaves to come with this blade.

The RazoRock soap is definitely Tier 1. It is giving me great shaves. In fact I am liking it more than the Sudsy Soapery. This is not the latest formula from RR, however. I have had this soap since at least 2017. This is going to be a very pleasant 3017.

Other Thoughts
I am a crazy collector and I shouldn't go out to the rack stores looking for deals.

The neck is a little irritated and itchy, but not horribly so. The shave was DFS+ in two passes. The lather was great, but I was a little too heavy on the stick. I am loving the fresh and clean soapy scent of the RazoRock Acqua.

Gear
Shave #3 with the Proline was honestly just about the same as the previous one. This blade seems to have settled in already. Shave #4 will tell me if the others have. After I finish giving these 3 blades a fair shake, I am looking forward to trying the vintage blades that I have recently acquired.

I am still getting great shaves from the RazoRock Acqua soap. As I said above, I love the scent. It really doesn't hang around long after the shave, however. That is even with me using a good glug of the matching AS and several sprays of the EdT. I think the scent was gone after about 3 hours. There are several other colognes that I want to use, so I may discontinue use of the Acqua EdT. We'll see how I feel about it tomorrow.

Other Thoughts
My cologne/perfume collection is getting to be of a decent size. From here things are probably going to get more and more spendy as I get some of the better designers and start getting into niche and indie fragrances.

My neck was still a little tender today after yesterday's shave. I don't think I added too much to the irritation there. I paid more attention to my neck today than I have the past couple of shaves. I need to keep doing that. The shave is DFS+/BBS-. I will eventually figure out how to not irritate my neck. The lather was great today.

Gear
Shave #3 with the Chinese Schick was very similar to shave #2. I think this one has settled down as well.

I tried something new today. I used some moisturizer on certain areas where I was going to apply my fragrance of the day. We will see if that helps the scent last longer.

Other Thoughts
YouTube is a huge time sink.

The lather was great and the shave is BBS- or so. But, there is plenty of irritation. Comparing the three blades is fun, but I am not sure how much longer I am going to go with this.

Gear
Shave #4 with the Personna was rough. I would think that by now the blade would have settled down, so I have to conclude that this is just not as good of a blade as the Proline or the Chinese Schick. I might give this one more shave before stopping. We'll see.

Other Thoughts
So much to read and little time to do it...

Sorry about the irritation, just a though maybe try skipping the mentholated Pre-shave perhaps? Seems like a bunch of skin irritation lately

That could be part of the problem. The pre-shave soap is almost gone and I will be replacing it with a non-mentholated, unscented pre-shave soap.

Today's shave was pretty great. I had very little residual irritation and finished it just shy of BBS. I am very pleased.

Shave #4 with the Proline was much the same as shave #3. I think this blade is really good stuff. much better on my skin than the Personna.

Other Thoughts
Collecting things is fun.

Great shave today. The lather was amazing after loading with the Marco Method. I am BBS except for a few small spots. There was no residual irritation. Feeling really great.

Gear
Shave #4 with the Chinese Schick was great. I think I can probably call the shave-off here. The Proline is probably the best Injector blade overall, except for problems of availability. The Chinese Schick is a very close number two. The first shave with the Chinese Schick was slightly worse than with the Proline. Either is going to be a great choice. The Personna is serviceable. I found it to be the roughest of the three modern blades. It is not bad for what it is, but there are better options. Now to try some vintage blades.

Versace Pour Homme is a great scent, very light weight and summery. I will probably wear this one often in hotter weather.

Other Thoughts
I shouldn't have to wait three weeks for you to fulfill my order even during times like this. Hopefully I can get a refund without too much hastle. I am glad that eBay has buyer protection.

I have been waiting over a month so far for a brush and razor coming from two separate countries. Tracking shows they left the origin country and then nothing.
