I guess now you don’t have to even try to get rid of the gopher!

The last 2 shave have been so so. I’ve been having a hard time getting decently close below the corners of my mouth. I’ve tried playing with the blade angle coming at the area from different directions. The weird thing is I noticed similar results on the last few DE only shaves as well. That being said, it’s been a great experience getting to shave with a razor that has been in my family for so long.

Nice shave this evening. I was planning on a DE shave but the Dixie was calling to me and I just went with it. The CBL Master Barber was the perfect choice, what a difference a quality soap makes compared to yesterday’s choice. I did a quick cleanup with the Lupo and stopped myself from chasing. I ended up DFS and for the first time in a few days my face feels great.

My wife mentioned she was thinking about getting a fountain pen so I’ve been reading up on that a bit and ordered her a beginner set up that came with 2 holders, 3 nibs and 12 ink cartridges. Now to sit back and see if she falls into that rabbit hole.
