Nice shave today Josh! I have always admired Dr. Jon's Soaps. I know it is one of his oldest scents but the Anne Bonny (Bay Rum) is probably my favorite bay rum scent. I like many of his other scents also..This one intrigues me a bit. I am with you on how the soap performs. In every aspect of the soap I think it performs like a tier one soap...EXCEPT the residual slickness and post shave feel. I attribute this to the soap being a vegan based soap. But otherwise...a really great soap!

Thanks Guys! Had another shave with it today, but no video of it. something a little different considering I've got 20 hours of air travel coming up soon...

Ah...I remember those days of 20 hours of air travel! Military, cargo, commercial...somehow they managed to stick this 6'3" frame in the smallest of places for eight to ten hours. Land just long enough for my legs to regain blood flow and then on another incredibly cramped space. Yeah...that is the one aspect of being overseas I do not miss.
 
Josh, What is that Disco brush handle I see in your ... Oh, Man, You have a Manic Depression Brush... Shoot wanted that One.. What size knot is that?

Nice video. That is a lot of packing for 20hours. ha... Great show though .. Thanks.

Yeah...thankfully no rotators or military air this time around. Straight commercial flights.

pretty sure that's me referring to the Buffala base by Wholly Kaw...they're newest iteration of soap bases.

Well...it's 20 hours of travel, then about 2 weeks of vacation back stateside. I like me my variety!

The Manic Depression brush is a 28mm fan, set at 55.5mm, IIRC. Ken was working with me to get the loft set exactly how I wanted it.

It's actually with one "F", Bufala. It's got Water Buffalo Milk in it as well as other good skin food.

"Soap in our Bufala base made with water buffalo tallow, water buffalo milk, whey and donkey milk. "

Ingredients: Potassium Stearate, Sodium Stearate, Aqua, Donkey Milk, Water Buffalo Milk, Glycerin, Potassium Tallowate, Sodium Tallowate, Potassium Ricinoleate, Sodium Ricinoleate, Potassium Shea Butterate, Sodium Shea Butterate, Garcinia Indica (Kokum) Butter, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Butter, Water Buffalo Whey, Linoleic Acid, Linolenic Acid, Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Extract, Lanolin, Fragrance, Benzyl Benzoate, Cinnamyl Alcohol, Linalool
