Aftershave1: T.N. Dickinson's Witch Hazel
Aftershave2: Clubman Gent's Gin

What a great shave today. Even though the Hawk isn't my favorite, it does give a decent shave. I did get a nice shave and the Gent's Gin was a great way to end the shave.

Busy day today. I'm off today and tomorrow. Today I'm getting the hitch installed so we can start camping in May hopefully. Also need to get plans ironed out as Sadie turns 1 tomorrow. I can't believe it!
 
Great shave Chad...I'm with you on the Hawk. Not a preferable razor, but it does give some great shaves.
 
I loved my hawks, then I found Kate and they sadly sit on the shelf and watch most of my shaves. But now that I think about it all my other razors sit on the shelf and watch Kate most of the time.
 
I PIF'd my Hawk, just couldn't make it work the way i wanted. I made a shim to change the blade gap and that helped a bit but the General needs no help so i stuck with it.
 
My first A/C style SE was a pif from the other Cadre Chris not CBL. It is still my preferred Hawk but the black one I bought after is ok also.
 
I’m with you guys. I liked my Hawk V2 until I got the RX.

It is true I have about 3 razors that I could primarily use and sell the rest... But what's the fun in that?

Well today is a special day so it called for special products. SV, the feather, and the Sadie brush. The shave was excellent! BBS all around! What a shave!

Homefront

Well today my princess turns one and I took the day off work so we could enjoy the day as a family. Connor wanted to make pink pancakes for her birthday breakfast so that's what we had yum! Here's a pic of her opening a present, Connor wanted to get her a baby with a binky.

Great birthday shave and Happy Birthday to the baby girl. My baby boy will be 2 on the 14th, maybe I need to plan a special shave for that day as well.
 
These are the days that make Fatherhood completely worth it! Happy Birthday Sadie!
