Great looking fire pit, Chad. "Roasted Peeps" - LOL!

And I'm hoping that the Jazz can close out OKC Friday.

Thanks Chris. And I am hoping the Jazz close them out tonight! Go Jazz Go!

Razor: Timeless .68 gap
Blade: Gillette 7 O'Clock Yellow (4)
Soap: Fine Green Vetiver
Brush: Razorock Beehive
Aftershave1: T.N. Dickinson's Witch Hazel
Aftershave2: Fine Clean Vetiver

Well the shave today as I continue on with my every other day and going through my Fine soaps. Up just might be my favorite Fine scent. I really like this vetiver. Clean and fresh smelling. I have two more left, one will be used friday and the other sunday. Any guesses on what they are?

The shave went well today, Although here i sit 2 hours post shave and I noticed a small spot lower neck that I apparently missed during clean up. So I guess it is BBS- rating today.

Homefront:

Nothing crazy to report. A very nice relaxing evening yesterday was had. Today we have plans to have a nice dinner at home, play a new board game Connor won at a school drawing Trouble. I haven't played that game in FOREVER should be fun. Then I will crack open a beer and watch the Jazz game.

Have a good day Cadre.

Nice one Chad...sounds like it will be a nice family night!

Platinum and Santal Absolut are my guesses....

I love roasted peeps..... just don't burn them. They go from awesome to gross in .2 seconds.

Chad did you leave gaps in the bottom bricks of your firepit to allow air to come in through the bottom?

Thanks Josh. Platinum is right. But I started with Santal.

I did get a gross one. The darn thing caught on fire without me realizing. It wasn't horrible but not as good as one that did not catch on fire. But I am also one of those crazy people who like burnt popcorn.

As to the firepit yes I did. There are holes purposely placed throughout to allow for better air flow. I think my wife tagged me in some better pics on Facebook you might be able to see. It was a rather simple project aside from getting it level. I have noticed as it has settled there is one area not as level so I am going to address that this weekend.

Getting caught up. A lot of great shaves. The fire pit looks great. We will often save our peeps for roasting. This year, the kids just wanted the mystery flavors and we didn't think those would be as good.

That Fine Vetiver is good stuff.

And I looked at the schedule wrong - yes, Jazz tonight! BTW, I still can't get used to calling Utah, "Jazz".

Nice read and shave Chad, however tread lightly "Chaddy" Poking the bear may not be adviseable

Thanks Don. We don't usually buy Peeps because my wife doesn't like them. But they were given by grandparents. I didn't even know there was a mystery flavor.

LOL Chris. Every couple of years the thought arises about changing the name from Jazz. I don't think it will ever happen. In the west they are the Utah Jazz, no changing especially for me. And I am in the minority but I preferred the Mountain logo they used when Malone and Stockton where having their run.

Great shave and picture Chad!

Trouble, isn't that the one with the Pop-O-Matic?

Thanks Craig. Yup that's the game.

Razor: Gillette Slim set to 5
Blade: Gillette 7 O'Clock Yellow (5)
Soap: Proraso Green
Brush: Stirling Finest Bulb
Aftershave1: T.N. Dickinson's Witch Hazel
Aftershave2: Proraso Green

Today is my early day at work. Have to be in at 6AM. So up early and I wanted an easy shave. I didn't do a third pass today. Just a WTG and ATG walked away with DFS. I am happy with the result and my Grandpa's slim always delivers. The Proraso was the perfect soap for today being up early.

Sorry no pic today

Homefront:
Up late last night watching the Jazz completely collapse in the 3rd quarter and unable to recover. UGH! That's okay they still hold the series lead at 3-2, so as long as they win Friday night they can play Houston and most likely get swept. But this young team needs the experience. I am not even going to discuss the officiating because I was trying VERY hard to be objective seeing as i'm a referee but I like to think that they got a few things wrong. But there is also NO excuse to give up a 25 point lead.

Have a good day Cadre.
