Shave # 366 ( 419 Consecutive Shaves )
Razor: Blackland Vector
Blade: Schick Proline (14)
Brush: Stirling Boar
Soap: Parson's Monkey Puck Test Soap V2
Aftershave 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla
Aftershave 2: Nivea 2 into 1 Splash
Fragrance: Davidoff Cool Water

2nd shave with V2 of Parsons Soap. I'm pretty tired and dragging this morning and so I had trouble really focusing on things after the shave now t put into words. During the shave I was having the same thoughts as yesterday on the soap which is what probably set me on autopilot. A good soap and lather. Residual slickness just okay. Post shave was okay as well. Just a good humble mug soap. I preferred V1 slightly over the V2. Have along day of work today. Not a ton of work to do to wrap up the month but spread out til 8 tonight which will give me time to check in on my parents and see what they may need.

The dog we thought needed to be rescued must have been placed as instead of telling us she was still available when asked, they sent a 4 page application to fill out because they were too busy to answer questions until I start the process. I responded that a simple yes she is available would get a filled out application immediately but I didn't have time to fill out an extensive application if the dog we're asking about isn't available. Didn't hear back so I moved on hoping the dog has a loving home. I'm in touch with the Humane Society nearby (hr drive is nearby for me) who quickly responded about a dog they had listed needing a home and they put me in touch with the person fostering her who has already been in touch as well. Communication will be slow as the Foster is a Nurse that works nights but hopefully we'll see Abby soon and see if she is a fit for us and we for her. She's safe now but I'm told she was in a home that was "not able to feed her properly". Described as a 38 pound dear sweet, gentle Pittie girl.

Some good food and a lot of love and that sweet looking girl will be happy as she possibly can be! Hoping things go well with the puppy and she gets your forever love soon!

Easy peasy shaves are the best!

Good luck on the fur baby search. We’ve had some good rescued companions over the years.

Cute doggy! Hope this one work out!

Hows the Coolwater? Worth investigating? I keep seeing it pop up as a budget contender for fresh scents.

Home at 8ish and showered up relaxing when a phone call from the person interviewing for the adoption called. All went well and she's gonna check Vet references etc tomorrow if they're open. If all goes well, we'll be meeting Abby Wednesday morning to see if it's a match and if so, can bring her home.
Best of luck to you!
