To be fair, I did wait for a few months and removed it from my Amazon cart too many times to count. There may be hope for me yet.Wait a sec..... You actually 3017'd a brush and then ran out right away and bought another one? Sheesh, kidz these days!
There we go! Very nice!
My Badger brushes are in my den for the "face-feel". That's something synthetics have never-yet accomplished. I love my few boar brushes as well, and when they are broken-in, are amazing. Again, different face-feel, so I mix it up.I put the Beehive away and started right in breaking in the SOC. It delivered the best lather yet from the Taconic, which is fair to middling at best. Why do I keep the badgers around? Synths and boars top them in performance almost every time.
Agreed. Badgers can be prickly beasts or smooth as silk. Finding that Goldilocks brush is a treat. My Badger brushes are in my den for the "face-feel". It does, Sam. I’ve been using it since last week and it’s breaking in nicely. The tips are splitting and the knot is getting unruly. I have the 1470, which has the same premium bristle in the knot that the SOC does, but with a shorter loft. I like the higher loft of the SOC better.Does the SOC have bed head yet, Bob?
