Nice, what kind of mods have you done?
Extended the exhaust stack 18 inches, installed tuning plates to to even out temperature in cooking pit. Built-in water pan. Sealed every joint with fireplace casket. Installed probe port for temperature probes. High temp door gaskets. Everything done to eliminate air leaks and increase airflow through cook chamber. Makes it more efficient too.

Oklahoma Joe Modifications 1. Extended smoke stack by 18 inches
Repositioned and replaced temperature guage( tell tru gauge). Grate level near exhaust. Temperature pretty even all the wat across.
clamps to lock door down for best seal to door seal gaskets. Fireplace gasket sealant on every joint. ( firebox to cookchamber, all smokestack joints

Oklahoma Joe Modifications 2:
Baffle plate tuning system with waterpan. Helps to even out temperature across the whole cooking area. Smokestack in previous pic increases airflow and aids in evening temperatures when combined with this Baffle system. Water pan helps with temperature control and moisture level in pit heps with how well smoke adverse to meat.

5 hours smoking on the kettle, one hour on the gas grill. One garlicky rub, one more sugary.
