One son came over for a few hours, which was very nice. Our dinner was leftover Chinese that suited everyone just fine. Quiet family evening.

Today it was back to work after a week off. I was up at 7:15, eager to start the day. I say eager because I begin work at 7:00. Skipping breakfast and a shave, I was there before 8. Thus began my first day back. It got better after settling in and taking care of business. Of course, this means I'll enjoy tomorrow's shave twice as much.
