3rd Annual February "One Blade" Challenge!

First shave of One Blade Feb down range. Lovely and smooth as can be! Though this is the second use of this blade for me. The General is quite a good razor and this should be a pretty good month.

3rd shave on this Nacet, and everything is going according to plan. I've not done anything special (cleaning the blade, palm stropping, flipping, etc) yet. I do intend to flip the blade over next week, and keep on trucking.

The slickness of Williams is just amazing. I don't think there's much out there that can claim to be better. The combo with my sharp Feather blade and my mild Feather AS-D2 is just spectacular. I finished up pass #2 and barely felt the need for pass #3. But I did it anyway, and barely heard any whiskers being cut. This was definitely one of my best shaves ever, and a winning combo all around!

Razor: RR GC .84p
Blade: Wilkinson Sword (3)
Brush: Stirling Synthetic
Soap: Bootlegger Willy Mickey Lee Kraken
AS: Aqua Velva Ice Blue

Third shave with the Wilkinson Sword. Like I said in my journal, I still need to do some research on this blade (and it's variations) but I'm really enjoying the particular version I'm using. It's plenty sharp and really smooth. It pairs really well with the Razorock Game Changer.

The most shaves I’ve had on an AC blade is 9 shaves before I threw it away just out of caution. If I make it to 20 I’ll be very impressed. If you weren’t in a one blade challenge right now, how many shaves would you tend do on one AC blade before you toss it?

I’ve been using the same feather pro in an OREN since 1/20. Definitely more life in it, but i think i can feel a slight difference but it could be in my head.

Feb.04: Sensor(4) .............................. RV Shavemac .......... Nivea cream ......................... Nivea Cool Sensitive

So far, shaving is a breeze with the Sensor.

4th shave with this Lab Blue and still as smooth as ever. Once I get past 5, which is usually when I bin them, I'll be interested to see what happens...

Another smooth as can be shave. 3 use of the Schick ProLine AC blade. Enjoy your day!
