I really enjoyed your video today. In 2005, while I was in Law School, I was diagnosed with clinical depression and was prescribed an anti-depressant. This medication triggered a full-blown manic episode, and my diagnosis was changed to bipolar disorder, type 2. Since then, I've been on mood stabilizers, which have made my condition mostly manageable, although I still battle bipolar depression from time to time. I appreciate your addressing the issue in such a forthright and matter-of-fact way. Unfortunately, there is still a stigma attached to mental illnesses like clinical depression and bipolar disorder, and the only way to combat it is through discussion and sharing. Thank you for addressing this topic on your video.

Great video Todd! The topic of depression and mental disorders is of great interest to me. I had a bad experience with a primary care doctor prescribing waaaay too much medication and it wasn’t caught for a while. I have to say being overdosed on antidepressants is not a fun time. Do you have any thought or experience with EMDR therapy?

that had to be rough. I hate taking anything unless i really, really need it so that is probably one of my worst nightmares.

I think my wife(therapist) uses EMDR. I know she has been to a few trainings on it at least. Curious to hear your thoughts as well Todd.

I was going to start EMDR right as the Rona hit hard... I feel like even after getting on a safe dose, the 6 months of being 50% over the max dose may have made some things worse.

Nice job Todd! Nervous about a GEM shave though? Pffft. Piece o cake!

Fun to hear the wallet story!

I love the motivation behind the change. I'm definitely be tuning in with the non-shaving videos. I might not be your intended demographic, but I will be at some point in my life.

I have no tips. I avoid Gems like the plague. The plague is even more likely I think at this point.

Do you use 2 cameras?
