It is still my favorite out of every strop I’ve ever used, but the nick is deep and right in the middle of its length. It was a sad day.Noooooo not a Notovan![]()
I would absolutely hate to ruin a beautiful piece of leather with my unskilled hands. I was looking at the poor man strop from whipped dog, but I think I’ll go with the even cheaper one that @MilkCrate suggested. I can be pretty hard on gear at times and for under $10 with good reviews I can’t pass it up.
The Tonsorial ROS was the first soap I finished. Just couldn’t stop using it!I got a lot of superficial irritation from Breakfast Blend too, sadly...also loved the scent though!
The Tonsorial is a definite winner in value and shave!
Glad you saved the pups. I hate that the dog may still be wandering around. Hopefully it isn't left running free but just got away from it's owner somehow.
Was a superb shave!Sounds like a great shave! Glad you and your pups are alright!
Thanks Chris! The GC is a fine razor indeed. I’m definitely feeling a bit enabled.Glad you and the doggies survived the walk none the worse for the wear! Glad you’re liking the GC, it’s a great razor!
If you’d like to give it a test drive I can send it your way.Dang it...guess I got put a Lupo on the want list...
I see Stirling always having a spot in my den!Stirling puts out an excellent product for sure. One of the best values in wet shaving as well.
