What ya eatin?

I had a bad fall I August of last year and fractured C6. Since I really haven't been in a kitchen.
For my darling bride tonight, I got my Chefs coat back on.

Mother's Day Supper.

Anyway, tonights meal was Haddock en papillote, polenta, boiled shrimp, asparagus in beurre blanc sauce accompanied by a melody of portobello mushrooms, zucchini squash and sweet onion sautéed in olive oil and butter. Black Box Chardonnay to accompany. 20230514_173149.jpg
