Chili Relleno. Poblano Pepper that was roasted, skinned, stuffed with meat and cheese, beer battered and fried.

We’ve been doing spaghetti squash “noodles” as a healthy alternative more frequently. I’m really starting to like it. When it’s done right, it’s pretty darn good!
