2nd dinner at camp
Lunch
Went to a Japanese steak house in the city for dinner and sat at the chef’s counter. It was quite the experience. Had actual Japanese waygu for the first time. Guess it’s graded 1-5. I got a-4. It was like meat that exploded with meat flavored butter when you chewed it. It was also served with real wasabi which was a first for me. Oh that stuff is so much better than that stuff that comes with sushi!
The rest of the family is on their own??? Dr. No
