What ya eatin?

Turned out this loaf yesterday. I've been testing a few different recipes lately to find one that I really like. This one is a cracker. It's a no knead bread made with a 40/60% mix whole/white heritage flours and lots of grains. Made with a yudane (scald) and cold fermented. Honey, butter and an egg yolk added for a moist crumb. This one will be a repeat bake for sure.

"A stew commonly eaten in large quantities by sumo wrestlers" as part of a weight gain diet. It contains dashi (stock) with sake or mirin to add flavor. The bulk of the stew is made up of large quantities of protein sources, usually chicken, fish (fried and made into balls), tofu, or sometimes beef; and vegetables (daikon, bok choy, etc.).
