Ham & Swiss Quiche with a kick
The wife made some Braciole for Christmas. This is probably my favorite dish that the wife makes. SOOOOO GOOOOD!!!! If any of you are wondering what it is. It is basically pounded flat flank steak with cheese and bread crumbs rolled up in the streak and then braised in meaty Italian vegetable read sauce for hours on end.

My mother makes it for Christmas Eve. It was amazing this year, as always. That looks fantastic!
Pastalaya with shrimp and Boudin on the side, and some sourdough bread as. A bit of Cajun Magic dust on it and DELICIOUS!
