I caught a cold, so the lunch my wife made today was chicken soup with pasta and potatoes. (I think she felt guilty that I got the cold from her.) I don't know if it was curative, but it tasted great.

Weekend was the wedding anniversary, so we debated going to a nice Thai place locally, but HRH wanted to stay home. So she cooked a sirloin for me and a t-bone for her, and we all had fat bellies for the duration.
The difference is that she also makes Hasselback potatoes and i'm usually on a fairly low carb diet, but those are nice!

Our set is coming up on 20 years old. Sadly our daughter forfeited one of our steak knives to a school official some time ago. She only admitted it recently when she learned how much we spent on them.
