Before I went to work yesterday, I opened the door to test the weather and was smacked by a sudden temperature drop. For an odd day I wanted to wear something bold in equal measure. Might review soon.
Side note. Yesterday I found a listing for the rare Open Gold flanker for a damn low price in the USA. Went to buy and thanked the seller in chat. Less than an hour later the seller cancels my order and I went to say "hey, I saw that. What's up?" Because sometimes on rare occasion they misplaced and lost the item or sold it elsewhere and forgot to remove. Seller gets back to me to apologize and says "they listed it at the wrong price" and relisted it, the same item, for 3x the price! I was so burned after that. Dummy should've honored the original price, it's their mistake, it was listed for half a year.
Today's Spray: Forever EDP For Men by Bellevue (made for the Elvis Presley brand)
Laugh it up, but I love this scent. I got it for around 20 bucks at Marshall's during the Elvis movie craze a few years back. It's a sharp, fresh, and fruity smell that lasts pretty long. It's an impressive EDP from a cheap house that makes stuff for bigger brands as a gimmick. It kinda reminds me of Green Irish Tweed, but modernized and made fruity.
The idea is this is what young, hot, and energetic Elvis would've worn... however, knowing him, he was more into cheap stuff, like Old Spice, Brut, and Kai Karate, but at least the Citrus part is correct.
Le Galion Sang Bleu
Happy New Year Cadre! It’s a holiday again here, and the Mrs decided, unexpectedly, that we should go out to eat. Her nephew is head chef at a great burger place, so we went there and I wanted to smell a bit festive. I really love this new formulation, the old was great, but this is even better. Old school blue vibes, al la Kuoros but not dated smelling at all, just very classy but cheerful. Helena even said she liked it, so that was a big win.
