Besides, why waste true Whisky, when you are dog tired and can’t enjoy it. Hence why Bourbon was created for those, I could care less nights

Bottling Cyser today. Think apple cider mead. In the fermentor since 9/25/20. Came out great at 13.9% ABV.

Last night was some Cigar Malt and LP 1 Sherry Cask, That I took over to some "Whiskey" drinkers to try... The Laphroaig responses were great LOL, although one person like the LP better than the Cigar malt, eveyone else was typical a burning wine soaked bandaid in a burning hospital, LOL
