On the tnnser how have you been getting the top cap and baseplate fitment correct ? Mine doesn't seem to be wanting to fit properly.

just a bit of file work to smooth things out and get them fit up.

Ok thanks. I have been sanding some but just haven't gotten the fit where I want it yet.. I thought maybe you reduced base plate to like 99.8 or something to make an easier fit...

files work a lot better than sandpaper. PLA is surprisingly abrasive resistant. I picked up a set of needle files from the hardware store. they have been very useful
