Another morning walk at 9, this time by the lake. Not as sweaty and humid as yesterday, but still not what would classify as a comfortable stroll.

Another mid-afternoon shave as well, but nothing to complain about there at all.

Does the heat and humidity help soften your beard, is that why you wait till mid afternoon to shave?

Another 9am walk and it about 35C/95F by the lake with the humidex. Blah. But still, an hour walk is better for us than not walking!

A quick shave afterwards and now laundry is well underway.

An 8:30 walk by the lake this morning, but it was getting sticky-icky by the time we finished our daily hour of out-and-about exercise. Shortly after that, off to the mall to have a coffee with some friends that turned into 3.5 hours of chit chat. Then it was home for a mid-afternoon lunch followed by an unplanned nap for me. These things happen to the best of us ... and to me as well!

All that led to a 6:20pm shave and now I am ready to face the waning hours of the day! Woohoo!

Up and out early for a quick visit to the chiropractor; it seems to be helping my sciatica, so it's all good. After returning home, a nice and simple 2-pass shave with my Injector and all is well ... well, except for the near 40C temps today with the humidex. Blah!

Our heat wave broke, I love the heat, so even though I was roasting, didn't complain. Other than about how hot our flat was. But 40°C that's nuts, that's like Greece.

We’ve been like this pretty much since the back half of July, treasuring the very sporadic cool days that only hit the low 30s with the humidex.

My grass crunches when I walk on it.

We walked at 8am this morning and the humidex was only 28C, so ...... Woohoo!!!! A McD's coffee afterwards to continue chatting for an hour or so, followed by adjusting our front security camera angle to capture a little more terrain and then a nice meh-ishly meh noonish shave to round out the morning.

As Tim says, Life is Good!
