Since it looks like a dark roast, that might help s little, but peaberry is a unique bean defect. Not a complete 2 piece seed. Only half and usually more rounded. And typically slightly more acidity. Darkrr roast work better for this type of bean to evrn it's taste out. If you prefer less acidic coffee eould recommend not chossing peaberry. Their called peaberry because of pea shape style of seed.
How does that Kalita Wave metal brew work for you? Is it slow like 4-5 minutes? Any clogging issues?
Definitely a perfectly fine grinder for French Press and pour-over. I had this as my first grinder. Didn't bother with a blade grinder(didn't want to eyeball everything). But this could not handle espresso grind so went to a Niche Zero grinder end game grinder all the way.
Catching up on the coffee shop post. I started with that espresso machine. Nice gor a beginner entry level, it uses pressurized baskets. Did like it, but my zOCD kicked in do got a Breville Infuser and end game grinder(Niche Zero) so now happier gor now
)wish could afford a better machine like a Lelit Bianca

It works great. Doesn't take a lot of time and I've never had a problem with it clogging.
