Since it looks like a dark roast, that might help s little, but peaberry is a unique bean defect. Not a complete 2 piece seed. Only half and usually more rounded. And typically slightly more acidity. Darkrr roast work better for this type of bean to evrn it's taste out. If you prefer less acidic coffee eould recommend not chossing peaberry. Their called peaberry because of pea shape style of seed.View attachment 158678
Looking forward to giving these beans a go. I am hoping they aren’t as bright and acidic as Tanzanian pea berry
