I know nothing about this machine but the price certainly seems good. I would however not be taken in just by the claimed pressure of extraction. 9 bar is standard for espresso and considered the sweet spot. Machines may claim greater pressure than that but are often downregulated for brewing purposes. See here:Ok coffee nerds, I have been looking at a variety of machines and ran across this one. I am not looking to spend a lot for a $$$$ unit. So, at this price, can this actually pull a good espresso?

They make paper disc for this to help keep sediment from entering cup because metal filters are limited in how fine holes can be. Yes do try it. I do this with my espresso machine because it makes cleanup and rinse easier. But it might speed up brew like it does on an espressoDo you think you can add a paper filter so you don't need to rinse the grinds out of the metal disk? I don't have a sink in my office so the AP is a simple swipe with a paper towel clean up.
That's not coffee, it's dessertMorning coffee…

Well now I want one. I don’t have the patience (or proper kettle) for a decent pour over. Fortunately I survive using a cheap version of an aero press that allows me to get by. I roast and grind my own beans but I don’t measure much of anything. I tend to follow the ‘Tim the tool man’ line of thought. Grunt grunt grunt…MORE POWER!Playing around with this automatic pour-over device frome shine off Amazon. It runs off 3 AAA batteries. All it does is illuminate need for gooseneck kettle. And measuring. Comes eith a scoop for ground coffee. But OCD me measured everything since I grind my own beans. It's cup marks are 5 OZ cups . So 20 OZ total. So 300 grams water. Recommend 16-17 grams of coffee for 300 grams water. If you cram it. You can go 20 grams of coffee to 340 water, but watch carefully. Very fresh beans might bloom overflow filter. Might be good gor camping or hotel . In hotel just nkke water in microwave if you bring with you.
It just has a water chamber with 3 drain holes that's decently fast. It spins water bowl to emulate what a gooseneck kettle does for more even pour distribution of water over grounds. In other words, just another lazy man pour over devicePlaying around with this automatic pour-over device frome shine off Amazon. It runs off 3 AAA batteries. Like how AI auto correct on my phone totally changes things wrong. Should say 10 OZ instead of 20 . AI is still stupid on my phone. Over corrects everything.Well now I want one.
