Great way to kick off the holiday, with the Turkey Trot! Is it a big deal there like over here? One of CAs biggest run events of each year is the Thanksgiving morning Run To Feed The Hungry!

Happy Friday Everyone. It was nice to sleep in this morning. At least I slept in as much as Greyson would allow. I enjoyed the shave yesterday so much that I went with the same basic lineup. I will say that I have come to really like using Mitchell's Wool Fat. The soap works well for me and the light scent works with any aftershave or fragrance I decide to use. I had planned on using the Flexi on 4 but ended up dialing it up to 6. Wow. This was my best shave thus far with the Flexi. At this setting the blade feel was not in the Rex Ambassador class but it was enough to get my attention. Everything just felt wonderfully smooth. I just put the ribs on the smoker and plan to get a little work done today in the middle of some serious relaxing. I hope everyone has a fantastic Friday


On a side not the girls had a wonderful time at the Turkey Trot with Greyson.

Great pic of the girls and Greyson, Clint! I take it that if Maya is doing 5Ks that the leg (or was it hip, can't recall...) issue is completely healed?

Thank you Jason. It is Maya's hip. She has already had two hip surgeries. It is better but not perfect. She just wants to enjoy life to the extent she can and then deal with the fall out. She knows that her hips will be a life long issue.

Happy Saturday! An early morning shave with an early evening post. I have been busy today. We were up early to see the girls off. Maya is back in Lexington, KY for another few weeks before returning for Christmas Break. Asha is back in Tampa until Christmas break as well. I really enjoy them being around. The shave this morning was very nice. MWF just works better the more often it is used. I am trying very hard to finish this one off since I have a replacement puck on my Christmas wish list. I used the Flexi again on 6 it just flat works great for me. I do dial it back to 2 when buffing my lower neck and jaw line. Overall a great shave. I hope everyone enjoys their Saturday.



Greyson has really missed the girls today and most of all his new best bud, Cody.

Happy Sunday Everyone. Sad to say that the long weekend is coming to an end soon. I decided to stick with the Fat for another outing. The soap is rabidly disappearing and should be finished soon. I broke out the Tatara Muramasa razor for at least the next few days. I started the shave on 4 and kept it there for the first 2 passes and dialed it back to 3 for the final passes and touch ups. Honestly all the settings work well for me but my favorite setting is 3. A splash of the Havana aftershave left me smelling fantastic. A positive comment from the wife sealed the deal. I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday.

Great shaves, Clint! I was traveling all week, so wasn’t able to respond to your posts as frequently as I like! MWF as you know is my regular shave soap. The more one uses it, the more the incremental post shave benefits accrue. Disappearing red spots is one big benefit!

I hope you had a great trip Jeff. I have read your posts on MWF and incremental post shave benefits. I am trying to finish this puck off before Christmas.

Happy Monday. The long weekend is officially over. From now to the end of the year, my work is just crazy. At least it will get better after year end. All the hardware and software played well together this morning. Three passes and touch ups just missed the baby due to operator error. Even so it was a fantastic shave. I hope everyone has a great Monday.
