Happy Tuesday Everyone. I am off to my office this morning. I need to knock out a few things before going by picking up my order from the Honey Baked Ham Store. Yes I order both the turkey and ham. It is just easier to fix the sides and have that part done for me. Back with the MWF this morning. The big CH3 synthetic tore through the soap. Face lathering and adding water slowly produced enough lather for 5 passes. However three passes and touch ups got the job done. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.

Happy Sunday Everyone. It was an early morning shave with a late evening post. We had to get up and get moving today. Greyson and I knocked out our mile quickly. The shave was an uneventful 3 passes with touch ups. I missed the baby but that was not a problem. I managed to start the donut hole in the center of the soap. I cut some from around the edge and filled in the hole. I have about 20 grams of soap left so that should be done within the next 15 shaves or so.

My Aunt passed away 11/27/20. With Covid going on at the time her memorial service was postponed until today. Swati, Maya and I went to take my Mom to the service. I will say that the service today was one of the best I have heard. I think it really helped my Mom in the grieving process.

Happy Wednesday Everyone. This will be my last day of the week going into the office. I will have to work some over the weekend but at least I won't have to drive in. I have been working up the dial on the Denali over the last few shaves. This morning I set the razor on 5 and the shave was the smoothest of this outing. Maybe I need to revisit the higher settings on the Rex as well. Three passes and touch ups caught the little guy with ease. Overall a great shave to start the day. Happy Thanksgiving

Whew it has been a morning. Despite buying the Turkey and Ham from Honey Baked Ham it has been a busy morning for my wife and I. Thankfully the girls took Greyson on a 5K charity run this morning. It was nice not to have the little devil dog into everything. I managed to get in a shower and shave just before the guests start to arrive. Everything played well together this morning for a drama free shave. The stars of the show were the Fine L'Orange Noir and the TdH EdT. Positive comments from all the ladies solidified the choice. For those that are celebrating Thanksgiving today, I hope you have a wonderful day with friends and family. I hope that everyone has a fantastic Thursday.

Happy Friday Everyone. It was nice to sleep in this morning. At least I slept in as much as Greyson would allow. I enjoyed the shave yesterday so much that I went with the same basic lineup. I will say that I have come to really like using Mitchell's Wool Fat. The soap works well for me and the light scent works with any aftershave or fragrance I decide to use. I had planned on using the Flexi on 4 but ended up dialing it up to 6. Wow. This was my best shave thus far with the Flexi. At this setting the blade feel was not in the Rex Ambassador class but it was enough to get my attention. Everything just felt wonderfully smooth. I just put the ribs on the smoker and plan to get a little work done today in the middle of some serious relaxing. I hope everyone has a fantastic Friday


On a side not the girls had a wonderful time at the Turkey Trot with Greyson.
