“Friday”, sounds so nice doesn’t it? Looking forward to the weekend but we need to get through the day (and transfer window) first! Today’s choice is the iKon Deluxe OC on a 80mm iKon handle. Like a far bit better than the iKon Standard or Tech. Smooth. As can be.

RazoRock Black Bay, I won’t harp on its many merits I simply love the soap and AS.

Three pass BBS shave with a spritz of Gucci Pour Homme and to work we go. Let the transfer window be done and the weekend begin! Happy shaves all!

Super Bowl Sunday! Reached for the Colonial General SS because it really just is so good! I just can’t get over how smooth a shaver this razor is. Weighty yes but just effortless to use.

Today’s soap of choice RazoRock Saturnia which has to rate as one of the best scents I have and it is a great soap. Tuscan herbs and sulphur rich minerals...wow is all I say!

Leisurely two pass shave on a slow Sunday afternoon! Topped off with Guerlain Oud Essentiel EDP! Man, Super Bowl, Super Model...Super Shave! Go Chiefs!!!!

Another road shave. Well as hastily as I packed up to move out I was still able to grab some good stuff. The General HAS become a serious contender for “No. 1” status. Still loading up with the same Schick Proline AC blade now on its fifth shave. Great razor and quite impressed with the performance of the Proline blades.

Soap in the kit is Dr Jon’s Flowers in the Dark (V3). Love the scent and this time around used a bit more water to get the lather going. Perfect. Also quite impressive for a vegan soap base.

Over two and most certainly three passes the General is quickly dwindling down the competition it has in my collection. BBS in two is impressive with such a mild shaving razor. Well now to work! Happy mid-week shaves!

I am constantly amazed how each winter people forget how to drive in the snow. C'mon folks, slow down and we all get home safely!
I agree wholeheartedly! I am not worried about me...just all those who forget! Snows on an AWD truck is the only way to roll.
