@Somnos stunning NOS as well as the Gold! I have a Prewar Canadian with the triangle slots that I had replated and is currently my favorite DE in the den. Those triangle slot baseplates are just a touch more aggressive in my experience and I've never had anything but a glorious shave with mine!
Prewar I don't have. But I am good... :sneaky:

I'd use that soap and AS, but have no idea how to pronounce it! Glad it works for you. You know, Ed, you use soaps with long names, like that Henri et Something-or-Other. The longer the name, the better the soap?

Happy Monday all! Hope your weekend was a good one.

Emergency O Group called by the General this morning…told flat out my face has been slacking! So I had to pitter-patter-and-get-at-er! Man, it’s been awhile since I used an SE! Loaded up a fresh Proline AC and went to work. Effortless and oh so good! General was right…though there is only one “General” in this house and we know who she is! Enjoy the sunshine and your shaves Cadre!

First shot of Pfizer down range yesterday! Here is to (responsible) BBQ and Brews soon!

Congrats on the first round shot Ed! Are they still doing 6 months between doses up north? Or was it 3? Remember it was something far greater than the 3 weeks we're doing down here.

My Brass General has been cleaned and prepped for its nickel bath! Can’t wait to get it back! It’s the one razor that outclasses the Vector for me!
